Infractions may result in having your Penguin account banned for a varying length of time or put on safe chat. In the case of being banned, you will be unable to login to that Penguin account for the duration of the ban. In the case of being put on safe chat, you will lose your ability to freely communicate with others in-game.
Either punishment is given as a result of the player violating our Community Guidelines & Rules.
If you would like to appeal or simply inquire about an infraction, please contact us via Support so we can assist you further. When contacting Support for such inquiries, make sure you are choosing your issue to be "Appeal an Infraction".
Please be aware that we do not reverse punishments that are temporary. Only appeals that are permanent will be considered for reversal (i.e. permanent bans or being put on safe chat permanently).
