If you are unable to say messages that other Penguins can say, this means that your account is restricted from chatting, either by our Trust and Safety team or through our automatic moderation system.
Our automatic moderation system reviews every single message you send to make sure that it is safe for everyone else to read. If you have, at any time, said an inappropriate message, you may have your chat restricted.
The only way to prevent this is by chatting nicely and eventually your Penguin will be free from restrictions. For safety reasons, we are unable to revert changes into your Penguin's chat reputation.
