Usually, Error Code: SXFP-CHYK means that our Account Management tools were unable to verify your identity in order to grant you permissions to make changes on your account and Penguin. In this case, you will need to manually verify your identity with our Support Team.
Currently, if you are experiencing error code: SXFP-CHYK upon attempting to access your Parental Controls setting in-game, that indicates that the Parental Controls setting has not become available to you yet.
Parental Controls is something that the Club Penguin Legacy Team is currently rolling out within the next few weeks. You should no longer experience this error code once they have finished rolling this setting out.
In the meantime, if you are seeking to make changes to your Penguin account’s Parental Controls (e.g. to adjust your Safe Chat level), you can do so by creating a Support request. To carry out such a request, the only information we would require of you is your new desired Safe Chat level (Standard, Ultimate, or Complete Safe Chat) as well as verification from a parent or guardian since this is a Parental Controls setting.
