Club Penguin Legacy utilizes a state-of-the-art filter to prevent certain words/phrases from being sent. This is implemented as a safety measure to keep our players safe.
If you find that several or all of your messages are being filtered in-game, please contact Support so we can look into your filter for you. We have the ability to either unmute your Penguin account (in the case it is muted) or adjust your trust level so that your filter is less strict moving forward.
We ask that you please do not attempt to circumvent our filter as this is essentially just the same as saying the blocked word itself. If you are reported to be circumventing the filter to break our rules, your Penguin account may receive some form of punishment.
If you happen to see someone bypassing our filter to break the rules, please report them to us immediately either in-game or by contacting us via Support request.
