Not a huge fan of grinding minigames for coins? Club Penguin Legacy offers you the ability to mine for coins at the Cave Mine.
All you need is to equip a hard hat or Miners Helmet, then start drilling around the central dirt area to start uncovering coins. Note: To perform the drilling animation, equip the Hard Hat/Miners Helmet (only the helmet without any other clothing items), then dance while that item is equipped.
Missing a Hard Hat or Miners Helmet? No problem. You can always obtain the Miners Helmet from directly inside the Cave Mine by waddling over to the two Miners Helmets and drill located next to the cave’s entrance (as pictured below).
Keep in mind that you have to move around constantly to keep earning coins. You are not able to continuously earn coins by staying stationary the entire time. You will want to move locations in the dirt area approximately every 15-20 seconds to optimize coin earnings.
