Penguin Standard Time is the universal time zone used in Club Penguin Legacy. Penguin Standard Time is always equivalent to that of the real world Pacific Standard Time, which is 8 hours behind Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) (aka UTC-08:00).
Penguin Standard Time can always be seen on display on the Clock Tower at the Snow Forts (see image below).
