You will need access to the email address associated with the Penguin account to carry this out since an email will be sent to process this change.
Unfortunately, if you are unable to remember your Penguin account’s name or email address, we are unable to assist you in recovering that information. In the case that you are unable to remember your Penguin Name, but do know the email address associated with it, we recommend that you check for any emails from Club Penguin Legacy that may reference your Penguin Name. In this case, you can also use the aforementioned "Forgot your password?" option on the login page to have Club Penguin Legacy send you an email with your Penguin Name addressed inside the email.
