To transfer your Penguin to another e-mail account, you'll need to open a support ticket with our Support team. Be prepared to answer all questions related to your account to prove that you are the owner of the account. Relevant information may include:
- The username of the account
- The current e-mail address associated on the account
- The new email address you want to put on the account
- Other sensitive account information
Note that e-mail address changes are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee that it will be accepted.
