Simply click on the widget on the right corner of the screen whenever you are in our Support page. From there you will be prompted to fill out some preliminary details before you connect you to the first available Support team member.
Note that not all tickets can be responded through the live chat. Some cases may need to be transferred to a different support team member.

Be as detailed as possible in your initial communication with us so we can help you more efficiently.
