To be a Secret Agent, you must have a Penguin that is above 60 days old and have a good chat and account reputation. To become an agent, you will receive a postcard in your mailbox with an invitation to take the test to become one.
Note that if your account is ever infracted, you will lose your Agent status, you may reapply to become an Agent 60 days after your latest infraction has expired.
